Disabled Facilities

Chester Zoo is fully accessible for people with disabilities, and we provide a wide range of services to ensure you make the most of your visit.

WHEELCHAIR PROVISION

We have a limited number of wheelchairs and electric scooters available to our guests free of charge.  Pre-booking is essential via 01244 389 482 and a £10 refundable deposit is required.   Due to maintenance and repair scooters may not always be available for the date booked, please call to confirm availability on the morning of your visit.

HEARING AND VISUAL AIDS

We have a “loop system” installed at some of our main customer contact areas, including our gates. Simply look out for the blue and white logo.  Guide dogs and sensory dogs are welcome.  (Please note that pets are not allowed).

CAR PARKING

Upon arrival you will find 60 designated parking spaces for orange or blue badge holders.
