Complete your Chester Zoo Membership

There is so much to see and do at the zoo over the next 12 months and we can't wait for you to get started! First of all we need a photo of you, and each member aged 3 and over, for your membership cards. Fill out the below, and we'll do our best to get these to you ahead of your first trip. If not don't worry, your pre-printed membership cards will be at membership HQ waiting for you.

We ask for this to help us decide whether we can send your card in the post, or have it waiting for you to collect at the zoo. Don't worry if you do end up visiting before your card arrives, we can issue you with a temporary one when you arrive if needed. If you are visiting on the same day as purchase, please come to the membership office to have your photographs taken by the team.
