Add even more excitement to your day at the zoo by bringing your little ones along to Treetop Challenge, the UK’s biggest course of its type! Get them strapped into a harness and guide them around the many fun obstacles along the course.
If you want to book your child a ticket for the Treetop Challenge, you can purchase them at the same time as buying your admissions tickets online. You can also purchase them on the day – just pop along to the Treetop Challenge kiosk, located opposite the entrance to the wooden bridge by Fruit Bat Forest.

This course will have them monkeying around as they leap, balance, climb and laugh their way round. It’s also the first course in the UK to include two mini zip lines, so you can watch your little ones whizz along!
A few terms and conditions
- Opening times may vary during the week.
- Children must be under 122cm (Suggested age 2 - 7).
- Show valid membership card at Treetop Challenge kiosk for member discount.
- Allow 30 minutes to complete the course.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent/adult on the ground – they will explore the different elements of the course together.
- Please make sure your little ones wear shoes that are secure and fully enclosed (flip-flops, slip-ons, wellies, high heels, open heel or open toe shoes are not allowed).
