Here at Chester Zoo we are committed to processing personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 and we will ensure that your rights and interests are carefully considered. All images and recordings used will be in accordance with our mission and in our legitimate interest.

We are asking for your consent to capture and use images and/or recordings to use for marketing and/or educational purposes. Some images and recordings may be used on our website or in the production of leaflets, posters or brochures or with 3rd parties, such as the press, to promote our activities and aims at Chester Zoo. Images and recordings may be edited to improve the quality of the end product by ourselves or our trusted 3rd party companies. We can assure that all the images and recordings will be stored appropriately either by ourselves or our trusted 3rd party companies.
