Students play as a high schooler who can time travel, aiming to influence key figures within the school to adopt sustainable palm oil practices.  The aim: to persuade various people within the school to choose sustainable palm oil and become an international sponsor to stop deforestation and save wildlife in Borneo.

The game is designed to raise awareness about deforestation, wildlife conservation, and the power of making systemic change through communication and decision-making.

Students explore critical thinking and the importance of advocacy while engaging in conversations that affect real-world sustainability challenges. This immersive experience highlights how individual choices and dialogue can impact global environmental issues, particularly in relation to palm oil and deforestation in Borneo

The game can be played in less than 15 mins and gives young people an insight into how making change happen at a systemic level, means talking to people in all parts of the system itself.

As part of our Sustainable Palm Oil campaign, High School Time Traveller is a solo* player game for anyone aged 14+.PLAY NOW

*The game designed for solo play but we’re also really excited for secondary school classes to adapt and play in groups or as a whole class with the game up on a screen. One suggestion is to have a race to see who can get the furthest fastest (it will take at least 2 time jumps to succeed).
