Inspire conservation action in your school

Our outreach projects are the perfect way to get a whole school involved in a conservation initiative and really make the most of a trip to the zoo.

Through a series of workshops and a zoo visit we can introduce your learners to one of our key conservation campaigns. Through inspiring and interactive activities we'll engage your learners with the topic and empower them to take action to protect wildlife and our planet.

What's included

Kickstarter meeting

A virtual Kickstarter meeting to introduce the topic and all of the learning resources available to support classroom teaching.

Interactive workshops

3 Conservation Educator led interactive workshops in the school setting for each class.

Zoo admission

Free zoo admission for participating classes, including teaching and activities led by the education team.

Learners will investigate the negative effect the pet trade is having on songbirds in Indonesia, empowering them to take action and tell others about the songbird crisis.

Learn about the rainforests of South East Asia, why they and the amazing species that live there are so threatened and how we can all help.

This interactive project is full of activities and helpful guides that’ll help break this huge topic down into manageable chunks.
