In addition to our in zoo workshops, we have a range of resources to help with teaching and learning. 

Students will investigate the threats to biodiversity, learn more about the species that are affected and the role of a modern zoo.

In this session, we will explore how public attitudes and expectations of zoos has changed over the years, how we provide for different visitor needs and how we keep customer service standards high.

Look at how marketing links into our conservation mission and explore our marketing objectives, visitor research and target audiences. We’ll also cover the marketing mix, including the work of our PR department.

We can learn a lot about our own behaviours by looking at our close relatives.
